BDO Consultants supports Singapore listed companies in accessing the Elevate Grant under the SGX and MAS Value Unlock Programme. The Elevate Grant helps companies refine corporate strategy, strengthen financial management and enhance investor communications to unlock shareholder value. Eligible companies may receive up to 50% funding support, capped at S$200,000 per company.

Many companies suffer from a valuation gap where market perception fails to reflect intrinsic potential. Our two-phase approach treats valuation as a system outcome, not just a static financial metric. We diagnose value leakage and align your internal corporate system strategy, capital, and governance. Is Your Company Eligible?

To qualify for the Elevate Grant, companies must meet SGX and MAS eligibility criteria, which include: 

  • Mainboard: 
    • Minimum market capitalisation of S$100M 
    • Minimum free float of 15% 
    • Minimum average daily traded value of S$100K over the past 6 months 
  • Catalist: 
    • Minimum market capitalisation of S$80M 
    • Listed for more than 1 year 
  • Other Criteria: 
    • Demonstrate growth potential and committed to invest to get to the next level
    • Clean disciplinary record 
    • Compelling equity story (validated through consultation with market participants)
