BDO Management Consulting supports organisations in Singapore under the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG JR+)) as a pre‑approved consultant. The grant provides enhanced support for comprehensive workforce transformation through structured job redesign and capability building, with funding of up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non‑SMEs, capped at $150,000 per enterprise.
Many organisations face increasing complexity as work, roles and skills evolve, while operating models and job structures remain anchored in legacy ways of working. Our structured approach treats job redesign as a workforce system challenge rather than isolated role changes, linking strategy, work, jobs and outcomes to drive meaningful and sustainable workforce transformation.
This engagement supports organisations in moving from current workforce realities to future‑ready jobs and capabilities, delivering practical, implementable outcomes under the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG JR+)).
The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG JR+)) provides enhanced funding to support end-to-end workforce transformation, from workforce diagnosis to job redesign and implementation, aligned to structured job redesign, capability building and implementation.
The grant supports three key areas:
1. Workforce Consultancy (Up to $50,000)
Structured consultancy support to assess current work and roles, identify workforce and capability gaps, redesign jobs and workflows, and develop practical implementation plans aligned to business objectives.
2. Capability Building Initiatives (Up to $60,000)
Capability development for HR teams and line managers to sustain workforce transformation, including training to support ongoing job redesign, employee career health and organisational change enablement.
3. Workforce Tech Solutions (Up to $90,000)
(Must be combined with at least one of the components above)
Adoption of workforce technology solutions that enable data‑driven workforce planning and skills development, including workforce analytics, skills gap analysis and AI‑enabled HR tools to support future‑ready workforce outcomes.
Across many organisations, contribution is increasingly expected to extend beyond transactional coordination toward higher‑value activities such as workforce planning, organisational design, change leadership and capability development.
