      Whistle Blowing Policy

      BDO Singapore is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Whistleblowing Policy provides a safe and confidential channel for employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct.

      This policy applies to all our employees, contractors, consultants, and external parties who have a working relationship with the firm. Reportable concerns include, but are not limited to:

      • Fraud, corruption, or theft
      • Breach of legal or regulatory obligations
      • Misconduct or unethical behaviour
      • Violations of BDO’s Code of Conduct or internal policies
      • Harassment or discrimination
      • Health and safety violations

      Reports may be submitted through this email address: whistleblow@bdo.com.sg

      Anonymous reports are accepted, though providing contact details may help in follow-up and investigation. All whistleblower identities and report details will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible.
