Dave is a seasoned regulatory advisory and compliance expert at BDO Singapore with over 20 years of experience spanning the Asia Pacific region. Before joining BDO, Dave served as the Asia Pacific Regulatory Solutions Lead at Fidelity International, where he played a key role in shaping business strategy through regulatory insights and thematic analysis across key Asia Pacific jurisdictions. He led the implementation of global regulatory change processes in the Asia Pacific, working closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and enhance business ecosystems.

Previously, Dave held the role of Deputy Head of Regulatory Compliance for Asset and Wealth Management at a Big Four firm, where he demonstrated an outstanding track record of leading regulatory advisory and licensing projects. His expertise spans compliance and risk framework development, cross-border controls, and the design of robust compliance monitoring programs for capital markets intermediaries, digital assets exchanges, payment services firms, trust companies and private banks.
