Siaw Thin Chin

Siaw Thin has more than 16 years of payroll experience, inclusive of about 6 years of experience in Human Resource. Her payroll experience covers various industries includes banking & financial services, real estate, manufacturing sectors, information and technology, pharmaceutical, retail, etc., in both in-house and business services outsourcing environment. Apart from the routine gross-to-net payroll administration, she also involved in payroll & HR software implementation and HR administration.

Prior to joining BDO, Siaw Thin was the Senior Manager of an international service provider where she led a payroll team in managing payrolls for clients. She was also a Payroll Manager in the payroll business line in a member firm of an SGX public listed company, where she managed payrolls for a portfolio of clients for about 8 years. She was formerly a HR practitioner in an international law firm and one of the prominent retailer in Singapore.
