Amidst the landscape of constant change and competition, businesses need to continue to push forward. Acquiring the right people to deliver results is one of the most critical prerequisites of business survival, and many companies struggle to find the right talent.  Attempts to boost compensation & benefits packages and fortify the employer branding alone do not seem sufficient in addressing hiring woes. 

The prerequisite to successful hiring is often one of the most neglected components in the whole hiring process – the humble Job Description (JD).  The truth is, many JDs are old, outdated and many times not relevant.

BDO Consultants Pte Ltd is pleased to organise a short 2-hour workshop designed to equip HR professionals with a working model to enable them to craft an effective Job Description. Chris Lau, a Senior Consultant with Workforce Singapore’s Stakeholder Engagement Unit, will speak at our workshop.  Before joining Workforce Singapore, Chris was a professional headhunter.  He has successfully partnered global companies and SMEs across a spectrum of industries to meet their talent needs.
