After a hiatus of almost 3 years, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”) has released the 7th Ed TPG. The long-awaited document introduces changes to Singapore transfer pricing documentation (“TPD”) compliance requirements, tightens transfer pricing (“TP”) enforcement and provides additional guidance in other areas.
