  • Understanding Adversarial Attacks To Your Business and Ways To Mitigate

Some approaches on how adversaries can gain access to your network/application. How to protect your business from such attacks? The cyber threat landscape is continuing to evolve in complexity and sophistication. As a result, there is an increasing concern for CISOs and IT security personnel around cyber-attacks and the methods and tactics threat actors use to infiltrate organisations.

According to the 2020 Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report, 45% of breaches featured hacking, 17% used malware, and 22% involved a form of phishing. Furthermore, the average time to identify and contain a breach is 280 days, while the average cost to a business is 3.86 million USD, per IBM.

At this webinar, Cecil Su, the Director of Cybersecurity for BDO in Singapore, will highlight the various techniques attackers use to gain their initial foothold within a network according to the MITRE ATT&CK® framework. And he will provide insights on the necessary steps business leaders should take to protect all possible points of entry to increase organisational security.
