With more than 25 years of experience in business intelligence and management consulting, Dr. Roger Loo has a proven track record in areas that include market intelligence and brand research, feasibility studies, strategy consulting, internationalisation, family businesses and performance management. His global expertise in management consulting includes countries such as Brazil, China, Taiwan, Myanmar, India, Australia, USA, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Middle East, North Africa region and Southeast Asia. Chris Kuang is a seasoned management consultant specialising in retail and foodservice operations with over 15 years of experience. Currently a Senior Manager at BDO Singapore, he has a distinguished track record of advising Singapore's retail and foodservice sectors on expanding into Indonesia.

Chris's expertise in the Indonesian market is extensive. At PT. OPCO Indonesia, Jakarta's leading F&B group, he formulated and executed growth strategies, establishing and scaling the company's first franchise brand. This initiative revitalised traditional coffee shops and expanded their presence into malls and travel hubs. As the founder of PT. OPCO Indonesia's Consultancy Division, he has advised both local and international clients on market entry strategies, aiding SMEs and listed companies in penetrating Southeast Asia's largest economy. His achievements include conceptualizing Jakarta's first luxury entertainment center and spearheading the development of central supply kitchens.

Chris's passion for building impactful brands extends beyond the F&B industry. His strategic vision and ability to drive sustainable market dominance make him a trusted partner in translating brand vision into tangible growth. Previously, as the General Manager of the International Department at China's fresh food unicorn Qdama, Chris designed and implemented their debut internationalisation roadmap, with Indonesia as its first stop, paving the way for their global expansion.
Billy Oscar is a seasoned Food & Beverage marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Bali. He specialises in branding management, marketing & promotions, and setting up new outlets. Billy has played a pivotal role in the success of various prominent F&B and lifestyle brands, including Kilo Kitchen, COLLIN'S, The Halal Guys, Greyhound Cafe, Chateraise, Din Tai Fung, Pho Street, Hong Kong Sheng Kee, Poke Theory, and many more.

Prof. Dr. H. Zuraimi Jumaat is a renowned authority in the Halal industry, with a distinguished career spanning strategic leadership, business development, and fostering strong Halal practices across Southeast Asia. A key area of his multifaceted expertise lies in bolstering Halal food security through robust supply chains and sustainable agricultural solutions. 

Prof Zuraimi has played an instrumental role shaping the Halal ecosystem's food security initiatives. He also demonstrates comprehensive expertise across Islamic venture capital, digital technology integration for the Halal business realm, and is actively involved in Halal research and development with universities regionally. Additionally, Dr Zuraimi also specialise in halal import and export in Indonesia.
