About The Workshop
Organisations today face growing skills shortages as technology and new work methods rapidly reshape the workforce. Traditional qualifications can no longer keep pace with shifting industry needs.
In this executive workshop, BDO will demonstrate how AI-powered Skills Intelligence can help organisations identify workforce capabilities, support talent development, and build a skills-based organisation.
Participants will also learn about the Enhanced Workforce Transformation Programme (EWTP), a government assistance grant, as well as existing grants announced in Budget 2026, for enterprises to leverage BDO's consultancy services in workforce planning, job redesign, workforce development, and the use of HR workforce technology.
