In particular, we will put the spotlight on intra-group services – an area tax authorities are increasingly scrutinizing. Gone are the days of “cost plus 5%” and taxpayers will need to have more robust transfer pricing for service charges. We will walk you through practical implementation issues such as how to identify the appropriate cost base for provision of services, selection of appropriate allocation keys as well as the application of an arm’s length mark-up.
