The supply chain for commodities generally involves extraction, refining and processing, logistics management, risk management, trading and other related activities conducted across various countries. The transfer pricing of these intercompany transactions will continue to be heavily scrutinised by tax authorities including the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
