Audit of Financial Statements
We lend credibility to your company’s financial statements for the purpose of statutory filing in Singapore as well as reporting to your Home Office for Group consolidation. Our risk-based audit approach focuses on business drivers, the associated risks, and the potential effects on the financial statements.

We also assist you in identifying areas for improvement in your internal control system and implementation.

Financial Due Diligence
Financial due diligence provides clients with peace of mind having all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions analysed and validated. It forms a view of the future, by using past trading experience. Our scope of due diligence covers mainly the client's target company in the event of merger and acquisition and divestment.

Other attestation work
We perform independent verification of financial and non-financial data, among others, independent opinion on grant claims to qualify for grants from the Economic and Development Board (EDB), Lucky Draws, and certification of capital expenditure to qualify for tax incentives.

We also assist in the application and re-application for Major Exporter Scheme, turnover audit required by landlords and other various special audits upon request by stakeholders or directors. In short, we cover all the possibilities.

How we work
Our audits are carried out using an internationally available suite of software called "Compass" which is specially designed to enable the use of efficient "paperless files". We also use supplementary software extensively, amongst other tools, to interrogate computer systems and to produce financial statements and other reports.

Furthermore, we have available a number of practise aids, including model checklists and financial statements, to enable clients to prepare financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and in a number of countries have assisted clients with transition from local accounting requirements to IFRS. In addition, we have extensive facilities to assist clients with the reporting requirements connected with US filings, and have US desks in major offices to enable this assistance to be provided locally.
